Prices are quoted in UK, pounds sterling. If you pay online you also have the option to pay in U.S. dollars and euros.

Having been in the wig business for over 30 years we know it is only acceptable to deal with long established and reputable wig companies, insuring satisfaction for all our valued clients. Because of the personal nature of the items on offer we have important RETURNS guidelines.

ORDERS

Orders are dispatched usually between 3 - 14 days, if any item is out of stock you will be notified by email, if this is the case, please allow up to 28 days.
All orders inside the U.K. are sent Recorded Delivery Signed For.
Outside the U.K. orders are sent Insured Recorded Airmail, please allow up to 5 days from posting to arrive in the country of destination, but may take a few days longer to reach you due to the unpredictability of International Mail and Customs.
Any orders that are lost in the Postal System will be resent once they have been traced. Feel free to EMAIL US before or directly after you order to request any Special Delivery arrangements that you may require.

United Kingdom £4.95 for postage and packaging.
Cost of postage and packaging outside of the U.K.
Europe and Ireland is £6.95, United States Of America £10.00, Rest of the World £15.00 Please be aware that in your country you may be liable to pay excise duties or taxes, contact the Customs Office for advice before ordering. You are not liable for duty in the EU.

When you are ready, please submit the order form online, or fax, or by telephone.
We use a secure encrypted server ( WorldPay ), it encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, and so it can NOT be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Alternative Look respects the value of discretion when sending your order and we will give you the privacy you require.
You can order with confidence using you credit cards or switch as Alternative Look will not appear on your statement, instead we use the initials ALW.
All packages are sent in plain wrappings so as not to disclose their contents.
All personal information obtained from this web site is kept secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully.
Any wig or hairpiece will be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase, providing it is unused, tickets still intact, not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes, this will invalidate any refund promise as it will be classed as used.

Accessories and special offers are non-returnable.

Any item that is faulty in any way will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt.
A refund authorisation form must be obtained by contacting alternativelook.co.uk before any item can be returned, the original invoice must also accompany the return.

For your own protection we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery

If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced.

Please note only 1 wig or hairpiece can be refunded per order, do not order more than 2 items to choose from, any over that amount will only be exchanged and not refunded

Your statutory rights under the sale of goods act are not affected.
